Back to the Future

Last weekend I was looking for a tape I could use to record the season premier of 24 (the process I refer to as budget TiVo). I found a tape labeled "Back to the Future" and wondered if anybody had watched it in the last 10 years. Probably not, but when I popped it in, I ended up watching for a while and thinking I need to revisit the movie. I haven't watched it yet, but it is in my Netflix queue. I stumbled across this lego BTTF creation that reminded me again that I want to watch it. I makes me wonder what other 80's movies I need to revisit.

Here's some of the 80's movies Em and I have revisited recently:
Time Bandits
The Ghostbusters
The Dark Crystal
The Beastmaster (edited for Em even though it's PG)
Nate and Hayes
OH and while they aren't movies she and I finished season one of The Transformers, and just started Thundercats!

Also, while this isn't an 80's movie, if you haven't seen "The King of Kong" it will certainly bring back some 80's memories.

Good list. I have seen the king of kong - really liked it. I think I would add Goonies and Cloak & Dagger - not to mention Space Camp.

War Games... "Greetings Professor Falken."

Not to be on too much of a Broderick kick, but Ferris Beuller's Day Off always hits the spot for me when I'm in an 80's mood.
