Am I the only one that is trying to figure out when it is best to tweet, buzz, status, blog, text, forward, share, or digg something? There are a lot of good choices, but it is almost getting to the point of work to try and figure out what medium I will use to pass along info. I think I'm hoping for one app to rule them all. Also, has anybody figured out a good use for Wave?

I was just thinking today about how I am experiencing an overload due to the very thing you named.
I find that a good use of Wave is to aggregate information on a particular topic. It is easy to keep up to date, and everybody sees when something has changed. For example, myself and a couple guys at work are experimenting with home theater PCs, so we started dumping the things we were learning into a wave. One of the nice things about the Wave is that we can go back and edit/update various portions with new things that we learn and it still stays fairly organized and readable. In my opinion, Wave is just a forum where the threads are a little more flexible and easier to keep clean.
In the end, I used it a bit at first but have only logged in once in the past few months.
